JUST A FEW HOUSE RULES…

We’re so excited to host your special day at Magnolia Fields! To help protect our historic venue and ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the following policies.

Furniture & Decor

  • Need our décor moved (lamps, mirrors, etc.)? No problem! Please let a staff member handle it so nothing is damaged.

  • Indoor furniture and antiques may only be moved by Magnolia Fields staff. There is a $250 fee for layout changes involving antiques.

  • Unauthorized furniture movement will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Restroom Use

  • Magnolia Fields is not responsible for event tear-down.

Catering

  • Magnolia Fields does not provide catering supplies. Please coordinate with your caterer for all plates, cups, flatware, serving utensils, chafing dishes, disposables, ice, coolers, and food packaging.

  • All food must be prepared off-site.

Guest Count & Alcohol
